We start the trip with a visit to Nidaros Cathedral. Nidaros Cathedral is Olav the Saint's burial church, pilgrimage destination, signing church and Norway's national shrine. After the tour, there will be time for a cup of coffee, photography and possibly a visit to the toilet/shop inside the visitor centre.
Furthermore, there will be bus guiding a little out of town, up towards Granåsen to see the facility for the Nordic Ski Championship which will be in 2025. We past Sverresborg Museum, on to Utsikten - with a view over the whole city, where we will take a photo stop. We then drive towards NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology) and Kristiansten Fortress, where we also stop and see the city from the other side. Then down to Bakklandet, further down to the city and towards the new district of Øvre Nyhavna, before we drive back to the ship.
